The food at Hillview was absolutely delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent dining and comfortable accommodations.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the staff were friendly and had good communication skills. The location was close to the city, which made it easy to explore the nearby area.
The room and bathroom were outdated and unpleasant. It was also frustrating that there were not enough amenities provided, such as slippers and tissues.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to nature. The location was convenient with transport easily accessible from just outside the hotel gates. The room was spacious and clean with a picturesque view of the hills and lush tea gardens. Room service was prompt and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied each day.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and didn't reach our room.

Great view and very helpful staff. Hotel is located in a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast and dinner were included and they had excellent food. , they had a play area for kids which was great. Definitely recommended for families.
The price was a bit high, but worth it due to the great location. The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovating, but it was still functional.
